Rachel is a solicitor in the real estate practice group. Rachel acts for a range of clients including investors, tenants, landlords and portfolio managers. Rachel's main clients include a leading national health and beauty retailer, a cross border joint venture investment company, a global investment fund and a leisure operator.
Rachel’s most recent experience includes:

·     acting as part of a larger team on the acquisition and acting for the landlord with the subsequent ongoing management of a multimillion pound mixed use property;

·     dealing with the real estate element of a business acquisition for £8.5m;

·     advising on the disposal of an industrial site for £2.5m.

During her training contract Rachel spent 6 months on secondment assisting an in house legal team at a leading global brand.
After completing her training contract at Shoosmiths LLP Rachel joined the real estate team in 2013 on qualification.
