Rachel focuses her practice on healthcare transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures. She routinely works with national healthcare companies and healthcare providers, and has significant experience working with ambulatory surgery centers. Rachel also provides counsel on a wide range of regulatory and operational issues that affect healthcare providers.

Prior to joining Bradley, Rachel was a licensed life and health insurance agent. She received her J.D. (cum laude) from the University of Kentucky College of Law.
