Rachel Wright assists employers across a broad range of industries in labor and employment matters including allegations of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful discharge. Clients also work with Rachel to develop strategies to avoid the potential for litigation.

With a doctorate in Cultural Anthropology, Rachel brings a unique perspective to the practice of employment law as she helps clients respond to lawsuits and charges brought under state and federal law including:
