Rebecca Muff is a litigator focusing on complex litigation related to construction, commercial, and fiduciary matters. She is committed to providing high-caliber legal advice while partnering with her clients to reach optimal business solutions.

Rebecca represents clients in a wide range of business litigation matters, including actions for breach of contract, bad faith, breach of fiduciary duties and fraud. She has significant experience representing clients in state and federal courts across the nation at both the trial and appellate levels. Rebecca has assessed potential claims against fiduciaries in internal corporate and investment portfolio investigations, successfully represented financial services clients in fraud cases at trial and on appeal, and represented clients with cross-border litigation issues relating to breach of contract and trade secret misappropriation. 

Outside of her construction and litigation practices, Rebecca enjoys volunteering as a member of the Junior League of Houston and spending time with her family, friends, and rescue dog, Sweet Pea.
