Rebecca is a litigation specialist with extensive experience in all Court jurisdictions, in a wide range of commercial disputes including breach of contract, breach of confidence, trade practices, distribution disputes, cross-border disputes, IT disputes, intellectual property, corporate governance and compulsory acquisition of land.

Rebecca also acts in relation to alternative dispute processes including arbitration and expert determination. She regularly conducts mediations.

Rebecca provides strategic and commercial advice in several sectors including IT, automotive, telecommunications, property, energy and retail sectors. Rebecca is often asked to give advice on general contract interpretation, particularly termination rights, breach issues and litigation risk as well as dispute resolution clauses in contracts, and to draft appropriate documentation.

Her specific experience includes acting for the VWA in an IT dispute, Spotless, Muir Electrical Group and Linfox Armaguard in Supreme Court proceeding and DEKRA SE in an arbitration proceeding.
