Rhona has over 10 years' experience in all aspects of commercial property including acquisitions and disposals of investment properties; advising on property aspects of corporate and cross-border transactions; development and funding; and advising charitable bodies in connection with their property portfolios. Rhona's particular focus is on landlord and tenant work primarily advising on the negotiation of leases of retail premises. Rhona acts for large landlords and also for a national high street retailer.
