Richard has over 12 years' experience as a specialist pensions lawyer. He advises trustees of major occupational pension schemes and corporate bodies on all aspects of pensions law and is a full member of the Association of Pension Lawyers.  Richard has particular expertise in public sector pension matters, including dealing with pensions issues under public private partnership agreements and outsourcing contracts. Richard also has considerable experience in advising pension scheme trustees on the legal aspects of investment matters, including negotiating investment management agreements, custody agreements and advising on pensions aspects of ISDA agreements.
