As a member of the energy and infrastructure team, Rimal assists clients in structuring and closing transactions surrounding the development, financing, acquisition and disposition of domestic and international conventional and renewable energy facilities and technology, including residential solar systems.

Rimal also has experience in general corporate and commercial matters, including securities regulations, corporate governance, M&A and regulatory issues associated with investment funds.

Prior to joining the firm, Rimal worked in international development, where she implemented IT tools for budgetary and aid management services in African governments, among other initiatives. She also served as an associate at the World Bank, where she assessed and helped implement projects supporting financial and private sector development in the Middle East and North Africa.
