Roberto has over 5 years of experience in the legal profession. He specializes in Corporate & Commercial. As part of his expertise, Roberto advises local companies in legal aspects of their business and transactions on a daily basis, and is very active in mergers, acquisitions, corporate restructuring, purchase and sale of commercial establishments, and generally in the negotiation and drafting of different types of commercial agreements. Roberto joined BLP as an associate in 2010, after working as a legal assistant at Facio Abogados. Roberto obtained his Law degree from Universidad Autónoma de Centroamérica (UACA) in 2010. He has been involved in different seminars in connection with his legal practice and recently was assigned by BLP to attend the 2016 annual regional meeting of the Interlaw association in Charlotte, EE.UU, in recognition for his outstanding professional performance. Today, Roberto lives in San José, Costa Rica with his wife.
