She also regularly advises companies in connection with periodic SEC reporting, corporate governance and compliance matters.

• Represented a REIT focused on the acquisition and ownership of postal properties in connection with its public offering of common stock (January 2021)
• Assisted with advising a large banking institution in connection with transfer of servicing of residential mortgage loans.
• Advised management team with regard to a potential joint venture with a private equity firm.
• Analyzes debt restructuring options, providing cogent reports with recommendations for effective, client-focused results.
• Counsels large energy firms regarding issuance of secured notes, including a matter involving $65 million of Senior Secured Notes.
