Krogerus

Samuli advises both issuers and underwriters in a variety of capital markets transactions ranging from IPOs and other equity offerings to debt issuances. He also acts on public M&A transactions, and advises listed companies on their ongoing disclosure and corporate governance matters. Samuli began working at our firm already as an associate trainee, gaining valuable experience before joining the Capital Markets team.
