Sandy Greeff is a Senior Associate in ENSafrica’s tax department.

She has acted for a variety of local and international clients across various industries, including finance and banking, manufacturing, mining, technology and retail as well as provided advice to Public Benefit Organisation’s.

Sandy’s experience includes advising clients on corporate domestic and international tax matters, the drafting of opinions on a variety of corporate tax issues and advising on cross-border tax matters and corporate restructurings.

She also has experience in dispute resolution including preparing responses to and liaising with the South African Revenue Service, preparing and lodging objections and appeals, dealing with income tax and VAT audits and voluntary disclosure programme matters as well as assisting with tax compliance matters and conducting income tax computation reviews.
