Profile

Sarah Daugherty assists public and private companies with the regulatory and operational aspects of transactional matters. Sarah has been involved with a variety of transactional matters involving healthcare systems, hospitals, clinics and physician groups. By delving into the research and regulations related to challenges, she is able to provide valuable assistance on state and federal licensure, compliance, regulations and diligence.


Sarah earned her law degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law where she served as Notes Editor for the Kentucky Journal of Equine, Agricultural and Natural Resources Law and was awarded the 2011 American Society of Law, Medicine and Ethics Health Law Student Award. Prior to attending law school, Sarah was a Division I student athlete and captain of the women’s basketball team at Furman University where she graduated magna cum laude with a double major in English and Communication Studies.
