Profile

Sarah Beth Cain is an associate in Bradley’s Intellectual Property Practice Group. She focuses her practice on intellectual property disputes, patent and trademark prosecution, and transactional matters. With an educational background in chemical engineering, Sarah Beth assists clients in a wide range of industries, focusing her practice on enforcing, protecting, and defending IP rights.

Before practicing law, Sarah Beth earned a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University, where her research was concentrated on optimizing polymerization conditions for nano-templated and nano-composite hydrogels. While in law school, she worked with the University of Tennessee Research Foundation, where she performed prior art searches, interviewed inventors, researched market trends, and identified potential industry partners.

Sarah Beth graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law, where she served as a fellow in the College of Law’s Leadership Institute, acquisitions editor for the Tennessee Journal of Race, Gender, and Social Justice, and treasurer for the Student Council on Diversity and Inclusion.
