Sarah specialises in mergers and acquisitions, general corporate commercial law, company law related work and due diligence investigations.

She has acted for private companies, listed and unlisted public companies, including various banks and insurance companies, as well as entities in the public sector.

Sarah’s experience includes advising on the Companies Act, the King Code of Corporate Governance and the JSE Listings Requirements, as well as general commercial law issues. She also has experience in due diligence investigations, the drafting of commercial contracts, including sale of shares agreements, sale of business agreements, non-disclosure agreements, shareholders’ agreements and memoranda of incorporation, and drafting notices of general meetings and resolutions.
