Sarah Cornwell is an attorney in Dykema's Washington D.C. Office. She focuses primarily on advising domestic insurers, London Market insurers, captives, and risk retention groups on their duties and obligations under insurance instruments. She has also worked with Bermuda based insurers, and spent a six-week secondment in-house with an excess insurer. She participates in a variety of complex insurance coverage advisory and litigation matters in state and federal courts throughout the country, including defending insurers in bad faith claims.
