Sergey Artemiev is an Associate of ALRUD's Tax Practice. Sergey's focus area of tax expertise encompasses elaboration of the corporate, financial and contractual structures in compliance with Russian GAAR and SAAR and court practice on application of the Double Tax Treaties.
For more than 8 years, Sergey also supports clients in resolving of the tax disputes and has a unique experience in tax investigations and tax due diligences, that allows him to provide the comprehensive advices to the clients and elaborate effective and safe business models.
Sergey joined ALRUD Law Firm in 2015. Before he worked for one of "Big Four" firms (TDR Group).

Sergey collaborates with Russian tax authorities and various international business associations including AmCham (Tax Committee).


Sergey graduated from Kutafin Moscow State Law Academy. He speaks English and has a specialist's degree of the translator in the sphere of business communications.
