Seth Muse focuses his practice on representing private equity firms and privately held businesses in the areas of formation, growth investments, financing transactions and general corporate governance.

Seth primarily counsels private equity firms and their portfolio companies in entity formation and structuring, growth equity investments, joint ventures, governance and compliance, and mergers and acquisitions, including both buy and sell-side transactions. In addition, Seth also advises clients on forward-looking equity incentive compensation arrangements with management. With his previous litigation experience, Seth provides legal counsel to clients that offers a unique perspective on both transactional and litigation matters. His clients engage in a wide range of industries, including SaaS, cloud hosting, retail, commercial service providers, and manufacturing.

Seth also has experience with assisting manufacturing clients, in particular automotive, in all phases of the manufacturing process, including supplier negotiations, customer contracts, joint ventures and corporate compliance.
