Siyanda Gaetsewe is an associate in ENSafrica’s tax department.

She specialises in corporate income tax, specifically corporate restructurings, rehabilitation trusts and dispute resolution as well as customs and excise. She has acted for clients in a variety of industries including mining, oil and gas, FMCG, public sector and financial services.

Siyanda’s experience includes attending to corporate restructuring transactions, advising clients in respect of disputes with the South African Revenue Service, reviewing rehabilitation trusts in the mining sector and advising clients in respect of customs tariff determination.
