Profile
Sofia is a managing associate in the Real Estate and Tourism practice, and she has around 10 years’ experience in legal practice. She specialises in residential and commercial leases, retail, and buying and selling property.
Sofia has helped private and institutional clients to structure and develop real estate projects, and she has experience in dealing with the sale and purchase of both urban and rural property. She also has experience in sale and lease back transactions, and has managed and handled the marketing and operation of shopping centres and retail parks, and due diligence processes for large real estate portfolios.
Sofia completed a postgraduate course in commercial law at the Faculty of Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa in Lisbon. She has also completed the curricular part of the master’s in litigation at the Faculty of Law of Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
