Sophie specialises in advising on Jersey investment funds and investment structures and the sale of non-domiciled funds into Jersey, together with associated regulatory issues. She has experience advising funds, fund service providers and fund promoters on a wide range of legal issues, including advising local financial services businesses on matters such as fund service provider agreements and compliance with their legal and regulatory obligations.

Sophie's recent transactions include restructurings of investment vehicles and the establishment of funds of various regulatory classifications with complex structures investing in a variety of asset classes.

Sophie is an Advocate of the Royal Court of Jersey, and joined Carey Olsen in January 2006. Sophie is an alumnus of Pembroke College, Oxford University and the College of Law, London.
