Profile

Stephanie Friese serves as counsel to asset managers, developers, landlords and tenants with commercial real estate interests. Her clients typically own, develop, lease, or manage commercial office, retail, multifamily, and industrial properties across the U.S. Stephanie represents her clients through all phases of ownership, from acquisition, development, leasing, and financing to disposition.

Stephanie enjoys problem solving with clients by thinking creatively, being persistent and resourceful, collaborating, and facilitating clear and impactful communication, thereby empowering clients to effectively address challenges and achieve successful outcomes. Most of her clients have worked with her for many years, and she credits their trust and loyalty with her inspiration to continually exceed expectations.
