Steven Wiener is a Senior Associate at ENSafrica in the Corporate Commercial department. He specialises in M&A, general corporate commercial law, company law related work and due diligence investigations.

He has acted for local and international, listed and unlisted clients in a number of industries.

Steven’s experience includes conducting legal research and advisory work on compliance with the Companies Act, 2008, advising clients on a variety of commercial matters, drafting commercial documents, as well as providing general corporate commercial and company law advice.

His drafting expertise extends to shareholders' agreements, sale of business agreements, memoranda of incorporation, subscription agreements and board and shareholders’ resolutions.

Steven has been involved in a number of due diligence investigations, and has experience in preparing reports setting out findings in respect of such due diligence investigations.
