Stevie Rushing represents a diverse group of clients in both state and federal courts. Stevie defends corporate clients in unfair competition, trade secret, and business tort litigation. Additionally, she regularly represents financial institutions in civil litigation, defending against claims such as wrongful foreclosure, fraud, and deceptive trade practices. Stevie also has extensive experience representing private correctional healthcare providers in Section 1983 civil rights suits.

Stevie obtained her undergraduate degrees from the University of Mississippi in Human Resources Management (magna cum laude) and English (magna cum laude). She graduated summa cum laude from Mississippi College School of Law, where she served as editor-in-chief of the Mississippi College Law Review and as a legal extern for the Hon. Daniel P. Jordan III, now chief judge of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi.
