Sylvie acts for a wide variety of clients regarding the day-to-day issues of individual and collective labour law (including: employment contracts; split payrolls or consulting agreements; the drafting of collective labour agreements at company level; negotiations, following the termination of (mostly) high-level management personnel, in view of reaching a settlement; and employment disputes before the labour courts and labour appeal courts).

Sylvie has extensive experience advising corporate clients in the transfer of businesses and the employment issues related to the sale or purchase of businesses or parts of businesses.

She has been appointed as ALTIUS’ new Managing Partner, starting April 2016. In her new role, she is looking forward to continuing to deliver value for all clients.
