Tania Khatibifar is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group in the New York office of Haynes and Boone. Tania represents investment funds and financial institutions in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, debt and equity financings, joint ventures and restructurings across all asset classes.

Prior to joining Haynes and Boone, Tania represented financial institutions, investment funds and other clients as issuers, loan sellers, underwriters, initial purchasers and investors in connection with public and private offerings of commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) backed by loans secured by office, retail, hospitality, multifamily, self-storage, industrial, mixed-use and other properties.
