Thabile Gcabashe is an Associate in ENSafrica’s Dispute Resoluton department. She specialises in all forms of litigation and alternative dispute resolution.

She has acted for clients in a variety of industries including corporate, engineering, retail, mining, medical schemes and tax.

Thabile’s experience includes advising clients on cost-effective and efficient resolution of disputes and in litigious matters in the superior courts of South Africa, as well as in large-scale commercial arbitrations of both a local and international nature.

In addition, Thabile has acted for one of South Africa’s largest retail chains in the enforcement and application of franchise and service agreements.

Her experience further extends to the drafting, negotiation and execution of major commercial contracts and company documents including, but not limited to, company memoranda of incorporation, shareholder agreements, board and shareholder resolutions and various other offtake agreements.
