Throughout his extensive career, venture capital providers and start-up companies have relied on Ted Lenz to guide them and protect their interests. In addition to advising clients on how much to disclose to investors when raising money—and the best vehicles for raising funds to acquire other companies—his focus is on corporate and private equity finance, corporate securities, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital transactions.

Representative clients include both large, publicly owned companies, and small, start-up ventures. His extensive experience includes representing:

Private equity investors and their portfolio companies
Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs)
