Theresa Wilson serves as Patterson Belknap’s Co-Chief Operating Officer. In this role, she leads and directs the operational functions of the firm and serves on the firm’s Management Committee. She works closely with the firm’s Co-Chairs and Managing Partner and Co-COO on the development and execution of strategic financial planning, with a focus on developing key metrics for decision making. In addition, she oversees the accounting and finance team and pricing function at the firm, working to create effective pricing strategies to optimize engagement and the development of value-based solutions for clients. Theresa has more than 15 years of experience working with law firms and previously served as the firm’s Chief Financial Officer.
