Foundational real estate counsel for tribes, trade organizations and more

Thomas Springer helps tribes and tribal businesses achieve their goals by managing issues associated with federal Indian law. His real estate practice includes work on economic development, infrastructure and transportation facilities, land acquisitions and exchanges, and fee to trust transfers. In addition, Thomas has represented state and national firms, industry trade organizations and professional associations across many industries, including:

  • Health care and pharmaceuticals
  • Telecommunications
  • Securities, insurance and financial services
  • Building construction
  • Electric and natural gas utilities

Thomas served four terms as a state representative in the Wisconsin State Assembly and while in office, he was chair of Excise and Fees Committee, served four terms on the Assembly Health Committee and led efforts on agricultural commodities exchange reform.
