Dedicated labor and employment counsel

Tyler Roth advises employers on a broad range of labor and employment issues. As an experienced defense counsel, he has handled all aspects of litigation, including discovery management, taking and defending depositions, mediation and settlement negotiations, briefing and arguing dispositive motions, and trial.

Tyler is actively involved in the firm’s pro bono efforts, including as co-chair of the Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin Guardianship Clinic.
