Profile

Vincent Netter is specialized in Mergers & Acquisitions and has been a member of Jeantet for more than 20 years.

Vincent is mainly working for international clients (industrial companies or investment funds) with respect to their investments in France : acquisitions, restructurations and material contracts (partnerships, joint ventures, R&D contracts, etc.).

Vincent is also regularly involved in transactions requiring a FDI screening and his participating to the discussions with the French authorities in that respect.

Eventually, as a corporate law specialist, Vincent is currently a lecturer in M&A and FDI regulations in highly regarded Business law masters in France and has been a lecturer in corporate law in La Sorbonne University during several years.

Regular advisor of the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations on the acquisition and financing of several real estate projects in France.
Advised the Rameder group on the acquisition of Scopia.
Advised Nippon Steel Corporation, the reference shareholder of Vallourec, in the restructuring of Vallourec's debt.
Advised Eurenco on the acquisition of the entire share capital of Manuco and the signature by the latter of a 5-year supply contract with the Maxam Group, former shareholder.
Advised Group.One on the acquisition of WP Media.
Advised Sector Alarm, in particular in connection with the sale of 30 of its capital to the KKR fund and the acquisition of the Afone Sécurité group in France.
Advised Lohmann & Rauscher in the acquisition of Médical Textile Ariégeois.
Advised La Française Real Estate Managers in connection with real estate acquisitions in the Paris region.
Advised Swiss Life AM on the acquisition of a stake in the Pisto group.
Advised the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations in connection with its acquisition of a stake in La Poste.
Advised APE in connection with its acquisition of a stake in Areva TA.
