Prior to joining Waller, Vivian gained valuable experience as a capital markets associate for Lowenstein Sandler LLP in New York, where she guided predominantly biotech organizations through various capital market and securities transactions. She also served as a capital markets associate for Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, helping issuers and underwriters in connection with secondary offerings, investment-grade and high-yield debt offerings, Rule 144A private offerings, tender offers and other transactions.
