W. Tyler Hall



Tyler Hall brings a strong background working in a culinary business incubator for food trucks, producers, and other small food and beverage businesses—with a deep understanding of what goes into starting and running a business. He is committed to helping clients both small and large protect and leverage their unique identity, their reputation and good will, and other intellectual property into valuable assets.

Tyler advises on all facets of U.S. and international trademark law, from trademark selection and registration, to enforcement and licensing. He also counsels clients regarding copyright protection and enforcement, U.S. and international privacy laws, and has experience drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts.

Previously, Tyler worked as a legal drafter and engineer for a contract analytics and assembly company. He enjoys educating teams to seamlessly integrate legal assessment and review with business operations, to identify threats early, and avoid unnecessary cost or revision.
