Wells Trompeter represents a variety of clients from individuals to large corporations in a range of civil litigation including government fraud investigations and internal corporate investigations. She advises hospitals, health systems, and other healthcare clients in False Claims Act matters and assists manufacturers, energy providers, and other industrial clients in environmental litigation and enforcement actions. Her environmental experience includes Clean Water Act matters and water run-off litigation. Additionally, Wells has experience with class action litigation, products liability litigation, and general commercial and contract-related litigation.
