It covers a wide range of issues, including intellectual property, commercial litigation, employment disputes, and products liability. Wendy’s practice also includes appellate litigation, and she has headed briefing efforts for several appeals.

Wendy is a member of the Eastern District of Virginia and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
