She has acted for clients in a variety of industries, including financing services, mineral resources, real estate development, and project development.

Wendy’s experience includes dealing with cross-border mergers and acquisitions transactions, as well as corporate and commercial related transactions.

She is an admitted lawyer, notary public and conveyancer, and is fluent in Mandarin, Taiwanese and English.
