William advises clients on all types of regulatory issues (administrative law) and represents clients before the courts and before the Council of State, Belgium’s highest administrative court. William particularly focuses on public procurement law: he regularly assists tenderers, contractors and contracting authorities in tender proceedings and in the performance of public contracts. His team has also been involved in several public-private partnerships (PPPs).

Furthermore, William has developed strong expertise in the energy and pharmaceutical sectors and often advises companies on the Belgian legal framework in these fields.

William also has extensive experience in all areas of real estate law, advising clients on a broad range of real estate matters in both public and private law. He focuses on environmental and town planning issues.
