Wim Steyn is an associate in ENSafrica’s Dispute Resolution department. He specialises in Dispute Resolution.

He has acted for a variety of clients including national and international, listed and unlisted companies; and individuals in various forums including arbitrations, the Magistrates’ Court, the High Court and the Constitutional Court.

Wim’s experience includes advising clients on shareholders’ disputes, director liability, contractual disputes, the applicability and effect of various pieces of legislation, including the National Credit Act and the Consumer Protection Act. His criminal experience mostly relates to white-collar crimes involving fraud and corruption, although he has also assisted clients in culpable homicide, driving under the influence and high profile murder matters. He currently advises clients in respect of rogue and insider trading.
