Profile

Zac Madonia’s practice focuses on the representation of public and private companies, and their officers and directors, in all stages of complex litigation, including in high-stakes class and mass actions. Some of Zac’s recent representative matters include complex consumer class actions, product liability mass actions, federal securities class actions, shareholder derivative suits, state and federal antitrust litigation, intellectual property disputes, business torts, and breaches of contract. These cases have involved complex legal issues related to class certification, market definition, antitrust injury, loss causation, public disclosures, breach of fiduciary duty, patent damages, and the legality of a variety of business practices.

Zac has wide ranging experience in all stages of litigation in both federal and state courts, including participating in several bench and jury trials, examining witnesses, taking and defending depositions, working with expert and fact witnesses, writing and arguing dispositive motions, appellate briefs, Daubert motions, motions in limine, and oppositions to class certification, and managing significant electronic discovery. He is also actively involved in pro bono matters.

Zac joined Bradley after more than six years of litigation experience at Sidley Austin LLP in Chicago, where he focused his practice on antitrust, securities, and shareholder litigation.
