This Resolution, published in the Official Gazette on 05.05.2020, lays down the modality by draw for Savings Companies for Advances in Installment Payments and Closed System Savings Companies. Some of the proceedings stated in the resolution abovementioned are the following:

This Resolution, published in the Official Gazette on 05.04.2020, establishes certain measures for companies providing fixed, mobile, Internet and cable TV services, for radio or satellite link, within the framework of Decree No. 311/2020 and its regulations approved by Resolution No. 173/2020 of the Ministry of Productive Development.


The Resolution establishes:
