Ekachai Chotpitayasunon, Pariyapol Kamolsilp, and Kongkoch Yongsavasdikul, partners of Kudun and Partners together with senior associates; Kongwat Akaramanee and Supatra Kerinsaguna, were invited to speak at a seminar organized by the Association of Family Business Entrepreneurs (AFBE) under the topic “Holding & Tax Management – Game Plan for Family Business Sustainability”. The team shared insights on the establishment of holding companies and tax management in conjunction with family charter to promote the sustainable growth of a family business. In addition to the seminar’s content, which focuses on family holding knowledge, our lawyers also shared their knowledge, experience, as well as recommendations on corporate, tax, and litigation advice with the participants. The seminar was well received by the participants as it was casual, lively and engaging.
