The National Mining Agency published for comments: (i) the Draft Resolution by means of which it adopted the Terms of Reference for the selection of proposals for the award of Special Contracts for the Exploration and Exploitation of Minerals in Strategic Mining Reserve Areas; (ii) such terms of reference; and (iii) the special contract minute.
The National Mining Agency ("ANM") published for comments: (i) the Draft Resolution by means of which it adopted the Terms of Reference for the selection of proposals for the award of Special Contracts for the Exploration and Exploitation of Minerals in Strategic Mining Reserve Areas; (ii) such terms of reference; and (iii) the special contract minute (the "Mining Rounds").
With the publication of these documents, the National Government, headed by the ANM, seeks to promote the growth and sustainable development of the Colombian mining sector within a framework of technical, environmental and social responsibility, in which the country's Minerals of Strategic Interest are extracted rationally under the best operational standards.
The community interested in submitting comments to the draft resolution, to the terms of reference and to the minutes of the special contract, may do so until February 18, 2021 through the emails [email protected] and [email protected].
