Dave Seibert Speaks at O&M and Solar Asset Management Masterclass in Vietnam

On 1 August 2019, Neoventure Corporation organized a Vietnam Solar Masterclass: ‘Operations & Maintenance (“ O&M ”) and Solar Asset Management’ at Sofitel Saigon Plaza, in Ho Chi Minh City. During this insightful seminar a wide variety of interesting topics were discussed such as solar asset transactions after the Commercial Operation Date (“ COD ”), smart PV solutions, O&M and performance management for solar power plants, re-financing of solar projects and re-insurance management. Dave Seibert , DFDL Senior Legal Adviser & Deputy Head Regional Energy, Mining and Infrastructure Practice Group, was invited to share his experience and knowledge. He discussed risks and legal hurdles on solar assets transactions after COD in Vietnam. Dave’s session ended with an engaging Q&A session with his audience who gained valuable and practical insights on how to manage risks in the Vietnamese solar sector.
