Delphi has appointed Stefan Erhag as the new managing partner for the operations in Stockholm, effective as of October 1.

Stefan has worked at Delphi since 2003 and was managing partner between 2008 and 2016. Stefan succeeds David Aversten who has held the position since 2016.

– I am pleased to, once again, have been trusted to lead the operations. David has done an excellent job during his time as managing partner in Stockholm, and the past years have been eventful for Delphi as well as the world around us. I am looking forward to continuing our work with improving the firm and the offer to our clients, says Stefan.

– After over three years as managing partner in Stockholm, I am now leaving the position in safe hands to Stefan. I am proud of the work we have done during my time as managing partner and the progress the firm has had during these years. I am now looking forward to being able to put my full focus on client work, David comments.

David Aversten specializes in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. David regularly advises both private equity funds and their portfolio companies as well as domestic and international such corporate clients. David has extensive experience from cross-border transactions in a wide range of business sectors, and the Telecoms-, Media and Technology sector in particular. David has during his time as executive partner continued to work with clients and will now have the possibility to focus fully on client work.

Frida Rydin has been appointed as deputy managing director for the operations in Stockholm. Frida has worked at Delphi since 2013 and comes from the role as COO. She holds an LL.M. and has extensive experience from the real estate and fund industry.

– I am honored to have been appointed to this position and look forward to focus even more on our long-term strategy and continue to develop the firm. It is an exciting challenge that I gladly accept, says Frida.

– Frida is a very appreciated employee who, with her broad expertise, is a great asset for the company. Appointing Frida as deputy managing director is an important yet natural step in our continued work on further developing one of Sweden’s leading law firms, Stefan ends.
