Esposito II</a> has joined the firm as Counsel in its Morgantown, West Virginia office, increasing the depth of the firm’s corporate and business law services.<br /> <br /> Esposito, a serial entrepreneur and former public company executive officer, will assist Spilman clients with a variety of corporate and transactional matters. Esposito has more than 15 years of experience as an attorney focusing on corporate law and governance; emerging companies and technology transactions; financial services, banking and insurance; government contracting; and mergers and acquisitions.<br /> <br /> Prior to joining Spilman, Esposito co-founded and led two innovative technology companies, including an Inc. 500 and venture-backed software business, to strong growth and acquisition by market-leading multi-national companies. He served as Chief Legal & Risk Officer of a publicly traded, regional financial services company.  Esposito also has founded a diversified holding company focused on venture creation within the technology and financial sectors.<br /> <br /> Admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia, Pennsylvania and West Virginia, Esposito earned his law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center.
