He earned his undergraduate and master degrees from Liberty University and his law degree from Washington and Lee University.<br /> <br /> <a href="https://www.spilmanlaw.com/people/chelsea_richmond/details">Chelsea E. Richmond</a> focuses her practice on labor and employment law. Simon's</a> primary area of practice is litigation.
