Heuking Advises HELLA on Structuring a Syndicated Loan

The law firm of Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advised automotive supplier Hella GmbH & Co. KGaA (“HELLA”), Lippstadt, on the structuring of a syndicated loan. The loan of an international bank consortium in the amount of EUR 500,000,000 has a term of five years with an extension option for another year.

The loan serves general corporate financing purposes.

HELLA, a listed family company with 39,000 employees at over 125 sites in some 35 countries, develops and manufactures components and systems for lighting technology and electronics for the automotive industry. With revenue of about EUR 7 billion (in fiscal 2018/2019), HELLA is one of the top 50 automotive suppliers worldwide.
