Charles Elder Joins Bradley's Nashville Office as a Litigation Associate

Bradley is pleased to announce that Charles E. Elder is part of the firm’s Nashville office as a partner in the Litigation Practice Group.
“We are pleased to have Chad as part of our team in Nashville,” said Bradley Nashville Office Managing Partner Lela Hollabaugh. “Chad brings more than 20 years of experience – largely focused in the areas of antitrust and securities – to Bradley’s highly skilled bench of litigators.”
For more than two decades, Mr. Elder has worked on a wide variety of complex business disputes, with an emphasis on antitrust and securities litigation. He has represented companies and individuals in numerous high-profile matters, including class actions, government investigations, and stockholder derivative claims. He also has extensive experience in entertainment litigation, including in the music and video game businesses. Mr. Elder is a frequent speaker on antitrust and securities litigation topics and has served as a neutral mediator in complex business litigation.
Prior to joining Bradley, Mr. Elder was an attorney at Irell & Manella LLP in Los Angeles. After joining Bradley and relocating to Nashville, he has continued to service his California clients until his admission to the Tennessee bar.
Mr. Elder received his J.D. cum laude from The University of Chicago Law School and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Stanford University.
