Bradley attorney Stephen Parsley co-authored a newly released book published by the American Bar Association entitled Preserving Appellate Complaints in Federal Courts. The book sets out the rules for preserving appellate complaints in federal courts, addresses pre-trial, trial, and post-trial preservation issues, and includes citations to all federal circuits. It contains an appendix with a checklist of preservation items with tools to make additional and jurisdiction-specific research fast and convenient.
